Goal Setting - Advanced Version

This article will guide you on how to set and manage goals for your dental practice using the Goal Setting sections.

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings section, then to the Goals section. Click on Practice Goals. This will display a list of goals applicable to your entire practice.

Step 2: Open each goal to view the set target for each month.

Step 3: To modify these goals, click the pencil icon. You can set the same goal for all months of the year, or set unique goals for each month.

Step 4: Click Save after making your changes.

Step 5: You can also view the goals for the following year. The current year's goals will be copied over for each month by default. You can also adjust these goals as needed.

Step 6: To set production-based goals, navigate to Provider Goals

Step 7: Here, you can set a default hourly production goal that will get assigned to any new doctor or hygienist who joins your practice.

Step 8: For current providers, open their section to view their set goals. You can edit their goals in the same way as the practice goals, either selecting the same production goal for all months or changing that goal over time.

After setting your goals, you can view the Goal tracking dashboards in your reporting section..
