Click Huddle from the schedule.
Clicking Huddle will show patients based on the date or date range selected.
- Yesterday
- Today (Default)
- Tomorrow
- This Week
- Next Week
- Custom Range (Select any date or date range from the calendar)
Huddle View will display the patient's information about the appointment and account.

Appointment: Time & Duration
- Status: Unconfirmed, confirmed, etc.

Name: Patient Name, Age, & Gender. Hover over to see more details.
- Room: The room the patient is scheduled in.

Provider Patient's Provider
- Tasks: Clinical note status and lab case status.

Tag: All relevant tags for the patient. Hover over to see the tag description.

Balance: Patient Balance

Insurance: Hover over to see more information.

Subscriber info: Primary Subscriber = Blue P | Dependent = Red D

Eligibility: Verified = Green E | Unverified = Red E

Benefits: Verified = Green B | Unverified = Red B

You can print your huddle by clicking the Print Icon.
You can turn on HIPAA view for the Huddle.
Each team member can select the icons they wish to display in their Huddle View.
Click the gear icon to open the settings.
Uncheck the tags you don't want displayed and click Save.
Within the Huddle, you have some options for each patient. To access the options, click the 3-dot menu next to the patient.

Edit Appointment (This will take you to the appointment edit page.

Text Patient (This will take you to the patient's communication page).

View Billing (This will take you to the patient's billing page).

Resend Patient Portal Invite (This option will only show for patients who haven't signed up for the patient portal and have an email address on file).
You can filter your Huddle by clicking on Filters.
You can filter by:
- Clinical Note Status
- Appointment Status
- Providers
- Rooms
- Tags
You can filter by:

Put a check on the option you want to filter by & click Apply.
You can search for a specific patient as well by typing the patient's name in the Search Patient text box.
