What is an Audit Log Used For?

Requesting an Audit Log
If your practice requires access to an audit log, follow these steps:
- Submit a Customer Support Ticket: To request an audit log, please submit a customer support ticket.

Include Essential Information: In your ticket, specify the following details:
- Date Range: Define the time period for the audit log you need.
- Employee (Optional): If you're interested in a specific employee's actions, you can provide their name.
- Accessing the Audit Log: After submitting your request, our support team will work on it and let you know when it's available.
- Download the CSV: You will find the audit log in XLSX (Excel) and/or PDF format within the "Audit Log" folder located in the practice owner's employee documents.
- Timely Delivery: We aim to fulfill your request promptly. You can expect to receive the audit log in your document folder within 7 business days.
