Creating & Editing Rooms

From Settings, under Practice Setup, click Rooms.

Adding a Room

To add a room/op/column, click the + Room at the bottom.

Enter the following information:

• Room Name

• Description - Optional

Click Save when complete.

Edit a Room

Click the 3-dot menu to the right, and click Edit.

Make any necessary changes and click Save.

 

Reorganize or Reorder Rooms

To reorder your rooms, click and hold, then drag the rooms in the order you prefer.

Delete/Remove a Room

Click the 3-dot menu to the right of the room and click Delete.

Click Delete.

Note: If you delete a room, you cannot retrieve it. The appointments are not deleted.
