You can easily set up specific working hours for each of your providers using schedule guides. If your providers are flexible about the appointment categories they handle, simply create a schedule guide with their available hours, their assigned rooms, and all categories selected.

When setting up a schedule guide, you'll be able to select the provider(s) and the room(s) they work out of.
