Customizing The Schedule & Appointment Card

This article will guide you through customizing your schedule and appointment cards for a more personalized experience.

Navigate to your settings.

Select Scheduling and then Schedule Design.

Check the preview on the right side to see how your schedule will look.

Click the edit icon in the upper right corner to make changes.

Choose your display to select the information you want to show on your schedule.

Choose if you want to see the Provider Indicator.

This will be displayed on the appointment card with the provider color.

Decide if you want to see the patient's preferred name, patient age, Patient Name Pronunciation, Comments, and category indicator on your appointment card.

The Category Indicator shows the color of the category chosen for that appointment.

In this example, the category is currently set as the background.

Fine-tune your schedule's design.

Choose the provider color. This will display either the Dentist's or the Hygienist's color on the appointment card.

This will appear in the provider section of the appointment card.

Select the type size for your text, either regular or small.

This will affect the size of the patient's name and age on the top line.

Choose your background color.

Currently, the appointment background color is set to the category.

Change the background color to the provider, if desired. This will also change the provider or status bar color in the lower left to the category color.

Decide how the patient's name is displayed: first name, last name, or last name, first name.

Choose the intervals for your appointments, whether that's 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes.

Once you've made all your changes, click Save.

Congratulations! You've successfully customized your schedule view and display of your appointment cards.
