Patient Portal: Managing Family Members' Accounts

In this article, you'll learn how to navigate through a patient portal and manage multiple family members' accounts.

Sign in to the patient portal.

You'll land on a page where you can select the patient you'll be working on. If you're managing multiple family members, select the first one to begin.

Navigate through the tabs as needed. You'll find options for home, appointments, invoices, and account.

To switch to another family member's account, click the icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Next, choose the next family member.

If you need to complete the onboarding for that family member, click on complete onboarding to start filling out the required paperwork.

Continue following these steps until all family members' onboarding forms have been completed.
