Creating, Reviewing, and Filtering Patient Notes

In this article, you'll learn how to create, review, and filter patient notes in Archy.

Step 1: Begin by searching for the patient where you need to add the note.

Step 2: Select the patient to access their overview.

Step 3: In the patient snapshot, click on notes.

Step 4: This action opens the note modal on the right side of the screen.

Step 5: To create a new note, click on the blue plus icon at the top.

Step 6: Choose the type of note you're creating. Usually, it's a general note.

Step 7: Give your note a title and add any relevant tags.

Step 8: Add tags by clicking the plus icon and selecting the desired tag from the list.

Step 9: Fill in any additional information in the notes section.

Step 10: Once you've completed your note, click the bell icon to set this note as a pop-up alert for this patient. Don't forget to click Save.

Step 11: You'll now see the new note with all its details in the patient's notes section.

Step 12: You can filter notes in the patient's note section. To do this, use the filter icon in the upper right corner of the note section.

Step 13: Select the tags you're looking for and click Apply.
