How to Find the Correct Payer ID for Your Insurance Carrier in Archy

Easily locate the right payer ID for your insurance carrier by using DentalXChange within Archy. Please note that only payer IDs supported by our clearinghouse, DentalXChange, can be used in Archy. Here’s how to find the approved list and search for the ID you need.

Go to your Claim Center.

Select DentalXChange Login.

This will take you to your DentalXChange dashboard.

In the left-hand navigation, scroll towards the bottom under Support.

Click on Payer List.

Use the search bar in the Payer List to find your insurance carrier.

Locate the payer in the results and note the corresponding payer ID DentalXChange uses.
