What is it?
Archy has partnered with Vyne to provide automatic patient eligibility checks and to import plan benefits and coverage details directly into Archy. After subscriber information is added in Archy, Vyne runs the eligibility check and imports all insurance plan details into Archy.
Vyne provides all information regarding eligibility and plan details, so Archy does not have control over the accuracy of such data.

When can I get started?
As soon as you sign up, we can enable it for your practice to begin using. To learn more about enabling Autoverify for your practice, reach out to support@archy.com.
What does it cost?
$250 / mo (up to 700 verifications per month).
Prices are subject to change.
How do I use it?
- On a patient's insurance section, click the existing insurance plan or add a new one
- Enter the insurance carrier, subscriber type, name, relationship, and DOB (if applicable for dependent subscribers), and subscriber ID/SSN
- Save, and then click the Verify button
- If the insurance carrier is eligible for AutoVerify, you will see the option to verify the patient eligibility and import plan details, or just verify patient eligibility
- Autoverification will run, and once it is finished, if plan details were imported, you'll be asked to assign a fee schedule
- If Vyne cannot import the details, you will see an error message giving you more information on why the process was not successful. Unfortunately, this is out of Archy's control.
Does it work for every patient and insurance plan?
- While Vyne supports the majority of insurance carriers, it does not support all of them. If you do not see an option in Archy to "Autoverify", it means the insurance carrier selected is not enabled for autoverify.
- The auto-verify feature is only as good as the data that Vyne provides. Some insurance carriers may not be able to import plan details, or you may hit an error due to an issue on the Vyne side. We'll track these errors and help report them to Vyne to continue making the process more robust, but unfortunately, Archy does not control the data we do (or don't) receive.
How long does it take?
- It can take a few seconds or up to several minutes. If it is taking longer, you will see a message in Archy telling you to check back in a few minutes.
