Editing or Refunding a Wallet Payment

This article will guide you through the process of editing or refunding a payment made in a patient's wallet.

Step 1: Navigate to the patient's ledger.

Step 2: Click on the wallet tab.

Step 3: You'll find a list of all transactions. To edit a wallet payment, click on the pencil icon.

Step 4: Now, you're able to modify the amount, the payment date, and the description. Remember to leave an internal note before making any changes. Afterward, hit the save button.

Step 5: If you need to refund wallet funds, click on the refund icon (the circle with a dollar sign in it).

Step 6: You'll then see the available refund methods. If the payment was made by a credit card processed through Archy, that will be the only option to refund the money. Click on record refund.

Step 7: After recording a refund, you'll see that it's been refunded. The date, refund type, method, description, and amount will be displayed.
