Data Audit Form
Use this form to complete the Trial Data Audit.
It is a digital form allowing you to mark boxes and enter information on the document. Once you submit, it will be sent directly to the onboarding team.

Log In to the Demo Environment to Review Data
Go to Demo Trial Data Login to access your trial data and complete your audit. You will receive an invitation to your email address to access the demo environment. Please note the demo environment is a DIFFERENT login than your final Archy account.

Send Completed Form to Archy
Enter the information on your digital document and hit submit for the onboarding team to receive and review it.
