Welcome to Archy's Onboarding! The following process outlines the steps to both convert your data to Archy and prepare you & your team to go live. There are six steps to the process, please see below for a detailed overview of each step:

Access to Server : Provide Archy access to your server so we can begin the data extraction process.

Archy Settings : Set up Archy to customize your practice including patient forms, e-prescription accounts, connecting to DentalXChange and other critical items to complete before going live. This includes Archy System requirements.

Trainings: Schedule and complete 4 live (virtual) trainings for you & your staff. We highly recommend completing these trainings in the 1-2 weeks before your office goes live with Archy, for best information retention.

Sensor setup: Schedule and complete setup of your sensors with Archy. Please note you must have your IT company present during this meeting.

Review Trial Data: Once Archy has completed a trial version of your data conversion, you will complete an audit of your data. Ensure all relevant information has accurately converted from your previous PMS and send us your signed audit form.
- Final Data Extraction & Go Live: Archy will complete the final data conversion when your office is closed (typically a Friday - Sunday). Coordinate with your Customer Success Manager on when Archy can access your server before you leave for the weekend. You will receive an email notification when the conversion is complete!
