If your sensor is experiencing issues during your daily use - there are several factors and variables that could be contributing.
- time since last restart of both imaging device and computer
- we suggest shutting down devices at the end of your day
- age of computer
- we suggest <5 years
- total ram
- 8G
- quality of USB ports connections
- cables should be secure in port
- length of USB cables
- We suggest under 10ft ideally the brand cable suggested by each manufacturer
- use of USB hubs
- we do not suggest the use of USB hubs or adapters- image devices should be plugged directly into your computer
- internet speed
- we recommend 15-20 Mbps upload speeds if Wifi, hard wired connections are preferred
- driver version
- should always be up to date and latest supported version
