- Please make sure you have the drivers for the scanner on your computer
- Go to the patient's profile
- Navigate to documents
- Select the scan icon
- When you click on the icon, if you have not installed Archy Imaging Services, you will be prompted to complete the installation.
- Make sure you have the drivers for the scanner on your computer. You're all set!
We recommend any Epson brand scanner. The ScanSnap scanner is not compatible with Archy.
