Step-by-Step Instructions

Verify Access Permissions
- Ensure the user has Archy Clinical access on their account.
- Without this permission, the user will not be able to view or modify imaging device settings.

Navigate to Imaging Settings
- From the main Archy dashboard:
- Click on Clinical.
- Select Imaging from the submenu.

Check for Hidden or Removed Devices
- On the Imaging page, look for the list of currently visible devices.
- If a device is missing, it may simply be hidden or removed from view.

Re-Add the Missing Device
- Click the plus (+) button in the Imaging section.
- From the list of available devices, select the missing device to re-add it to the active list.

Save Your Changes
- Confirm and save any updates to ensure the device is restored for clinical use.
Additional Tips
- Always check with the user to confirm the device was physically connected and previously functioning.
- If the device does not appear in the list, ensure it's properly connected and powered on.
