When using Carestream X-ray sensors, two built-in drivers are available: RVG Twain and FMST Twain.
For optimal performance with Archy, we recommend using the RVG Twain driver only. The FMST Twain option, designed for bulk image transfer, has been known to cause issues with image saving and transfer, often resulting in images being lost or mixed up within the Archy system due to the way the driver handles the transfer process.
To avoid these issues, we suggest turning off or hiding the FMST Twain option, ensuring that only the RVG Twain driver is active.
Additionally, enabling the Continuous Capture feature in the imaging settings for the RVG TWAIN will help ensure images are captured and placed individually, minimizing the risk of lost or failed transfers.
