Installing AIS
Archy Imaging Service allows for your exposed images to be automatically attached to your patient's record in Archy.
Using the AIS will also allow you to capture offline images and easily upload them in bulk to Archy, should you lose internet connection during your workday.
Note: AIS can only run on Windows computers. Install any vendor-specific Twain drivers for your sensors. Once completed, proceed with the following steps.
- Click on the logo in the upper left-hand corner of Archy
- Select "Software Information."
- Click Download AIS at the bottom of the window.
-
The download should immediately begin. Open the downloaded file to finish the installation. You may need to click OK and accept all Windows updates after opening the file to finish the installation.
After AIS has finished downloading, you will see the AIS icon in the lower right corner.
-
Return to Archy to begin taking images. If you have a test patient, consider taking a test image with your sensor in that account to make sure everything is working correctly.
