Viewing A PDF In Patient Document Center Error Fix

In this article, you'll learn how to change your Chrome browser settings to open PDFs directly, especially when accessing patient documents in Archy.

Start by clicking on the three dots in the upper-right corner of your Google Chrome.

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

Navigate to Privacy and Security.

Then select Site Settings.

Scroll down to Additional Content Settings and click to open it.

Proceed to PDF Documents.

Ensure the option to open PDFs in Chrome is enabled.

Return to Archy and hit refresh.

Now, you'll notice that PDFs open directly in Archy.
