Setting Up A Kiosk for Patient Forms

In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to configure your kiosk to send custom forms to your patients at your practice. For this, you need a device, such as a tablet, iPad, or desktop computer, that is connected to the internet.

Start by selecting your settings from the left-hand toolbar.

Scroll down to Patient.

Then select Kiosk.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Grab a device with an internet connection that you can hand to patients.

Scan the QR code above, which will take you to the kiosk page.

Once you are on the Kiosk page:

• Look for the menu icons with three dots or the share icon, depending on your device.

• Scroll down and tap Add to the home screen.

• Tab Add.

• The shortcut should now be visible on your home screen as Archy Kiosk.

To use this kiosk:

• Click on the forms you want to send from the patient's snapshot.

• Select the three-dot menu and select Send to Kiosk where you'll receive a four-digit pin.

• Open the kiosk on your device, enter the four-digit PIN and hand the device to the patient.

• They will then enter their date of birth and will see the forms they need to fill out.

Now, let's test our kiosk. We can see our patient here has some forms in their snapshot.

Select the forms you want to send to the Kiosk.

Then select the 3-dot menu next to the forms.

Select Kiosk.

This is the four-digit PIN that we need to enter into the kiosk.

On the kiosk, enter the four-digit code provided in Archy and click Next.

Hand the kiosk over to the patient, where they will enter their date of birth.

Once they enter their date of birth, they can click Next.

They can now begin to fill out the forms that were sent to the Kiosk.

Once the patient fills out all the forms, they'll see that all forms are submitted.

They can now click close and give the kiosk back.

Once the patient fills out the forms, you'll notice that they are highlighted in green on the patient snapshot.

Go to the patient's document center.

You will now see the forms your patient filled out via the Kiosk.

Congratulations! You've just set up your kiosk on a tablet or iPad and have successfully sent forms to it for your patient to sign electronically.
