Archy Mobile App: Messaging Management

Stay on top of patient communication with Archy’s built-in messaging section. This feature lets you track, read, and respond to messages—all from one place.

Note: If you have enabled push notifications on your device for the Archy App, you’ll get notifications on your device whenever a new patient message arrives. This way, you won’t miss any important communication.

Step 1: Sign in and go to the Messaging section.

Step 2: Check for any unread messages at the top. Browse through recent conversations between your practice and patients.

Step 3: Use the Search bar to find a specific patient and start messaging with them.

Step 4: Click into a patient’s thread to view message history or send a message.

Step 5: Open the three dot menu within a conversation to:

• View the patient’s profile

• Create a new appointment

• Call the patient

• Mark a message as unread

Step 6: You’ll find the same three dot menu next to each thread in the main messaging list for quick access to these actions.
