Manage Patients in the Archy App

The Archy app streamlines patient management, letting you quickly access patient details, appointments, treatments, X-rays, and more—all from one place.

Step 1: Tap the Patients section in the app menu at the bottom.

Step 2: Search for a patient using the search bar. Your recent searches appear in the list below.

Step 3: Select a patient to open their profile.

Step 4: Review key information like outstanding balances, contact info, and upcoming appointments on the first pag.

Step 5: Open the three dot menu for quick actions, such as scheduling a new appointment, sending a text message, or calling the patient.

Step 6: To call a patient, tap Call Patient. If you use Mango Phones, choose Call with Mango to launch the Mango app with the number pre-filled.

Step 7: Visit the Treatment section to review their treatment history. Filter treatments by status to narrow down the list.

Step 8: Add a new treatment by tapping New. Search and select procedures, and, if needed, specify tooth or surface selections.

Step 9: Open the X-ray section to view the patient's mounts. Click an image to see it up close, and browse with the carousel at the bottom.

Step 10: Add new images by opening the three dot menu and choosing Capture Image or Import images from your phone. You can also Share images from this menu.

Step 11: Check the Notes section to review all existing notes. Apply filters to find specific notes, or add a new note as needed.

Managing patients in the Archy app keeps everything organized, from appointments and treatments to X-rays and notes. Use these tools for a complete, up-to-date view of every patient—all in one convenient place.
