Archy Mobile App: Permissions For Accessing the App

Managing who can log in to your mobile app keeps your team's access secure and organized. Here's how to update employee permissions for mobile app login.

Note: 

• Only the Admin and Office Manager roles have mobile app access enabled by default. For other roles, follow these steps to control who can log in.
• If you have IP Restrictions enabled for your office, these settings will also apply to accessing the app.

Managing Permissions for the Mobile App:

Step 1: Go to Employees in your dashboard and select the Roles section.

Step 2: Click the role you want to update.

Step 4: Find the mobile app permission and switch it On to grant access.

Step 5: Click Save to apply the changes.
