Payment Plan Tracking for Your Office

Tracking the status of payment plans helps your practice stay organized and ensures payments don’t slip through the cracks. Follow these steps to view and manage all payment plans in your practice.

Step 1: Go to Payments in your main navigation.

Step 2: Select the Payment Plans section.

Step 3: Review the list showing all payment plans in your practice.

Step 4: Use the available filters—by status, payment method, or additional details—to narrow down the list to specific payment plans you want to review.

Step 5: For payment plans with an Overdue or Error status, take action. Contact the patient for updated payment information or collect outstanding balances as needed.

Step 6: Check the red dot in your main navigation bar. This shows the number of payment plans with errors, so you know instantly when there are issues to address.

Manage all payment plans centrally from this section to stay on top of your practice’s financial health.
