Set Up Archy Credit Card Terminal: Sunmi – Archy Preprod

Press start button
Press the icon on the top left to start
Select language-English default
Time Zone-NY default but no need to correct now
Connect to wifi-Turns red and shows connected
Once connected click Next-it will activate device
It will say "Do you want to activate device?"-Click Activate-checkmark should appear/ Activation successful
On the same page at the bottom click Start Configure
Now app will auto-start (takes a few secs) and "Set up is complete" will show
Click "Enter the System" at the bottom when you see the completion
Now they will be on the page that says Activate Your Device (displays arrow w/ yellow circle on that page) and this is the point where you need to go to Archy to activate in the system.
Settings>Payment>Archy Terminate>Add Archy Terminal
Name it whatever you want Ex: Front Desk
Select device: Sumni P2-only device we use now.
Enter cell number. It is on the POS system on the screen on the same page they got to last for
Activate your Device and on the box (bottom and it says cellular number there on both) for the system>Save & Next
They will get a pop-up stating that they will need a test transaction. This is necessary to confirm that the device is connected to their merchant acct. Then, ready to go.
Time Zone correction next if not done in the beginning. From the Activate your device page if it is open, click the dot in the middle of the 3 that displays at the bottom.
Click settings at the top
Scroll all the way to the bottom to "System"
Date & Time
Slide "Use Network Provided Time Zone" butto
They are all set! They may need to restart the app.
Run test on the screen.
