Creating Multiple Treatment Plans

In this article, you'll learn how to effectively prioritize treatment plans and create multiple treatment plans for patients using Archy. This will help your front desk know exactly what to schedule next.

Start by observing the priority levels of your treatment plans.

Notice that when you prioritize them in the all procedures treatment plan, and then move to your schedule to schedule a patient, the treatment plan doesn't break down by priority. It will show them in order of priority, but the priority number isn't shown.

To remedy this, go to the treatment plan, select the procedure marked as your first priority.

Then click the plus and select Create New TP.

Next, hit the edit pencil.

Now, name this new plan. For example, 'appointment one'. Save your changes.

Repeat this process for all your priorities. Go to the 'all procedures' treatment plan, select priority two, and create a new plan.

Name it. For example, 'appointment two'. Continue this process for all your priorities.

Once you've created plans for all your priorities, go to the next appointment's treatment plan in the drop-down.

Then mark it as the active plan.

Now, when you schedule a patient using the treatment planner, it will default to your active plan.

In the drop-down menu, you'll also see all the alternate treatment plans you've created.
