Lab Cases: History, Editing, & Archiving

This article will guide you through the process of viewing lab case history and editing & archiving lab cases. By the end, you'll know how to view the history, modify, and archive your lab cases effectively.

Navigate to your lab case manager to view the history of any lab case.

Locate the desired lab case in the list. You can do this by searching for your patient.

You can also apply a filter for the status.

You can also scroll through your list. Once you've found the lab case, select the three dots.

Here, you'll find options to Edit, View, History, and Archive. To view the history, select View History.

We'll display any changes made to that lab case, starting with the date the case was created.

We will also show any updates, who made them, and when they were made.

If you need to edit any of your lab cases, click the three dots to the right.

Click Edit.

Now, you're free to modify any information, including the procedures.

You can update the lab details.

Update any tracking information.

Add any addionitional internal notes.

You can even update the shipping costs or lab fees. Don't forget to save when you're done.

Completed lab cases remain in your lab case manager for future reference. To archive completed lab cases, select the three dots.

Click Archive.

We'll ask for confirmation before archiving.

Click Confirm.

To view archived lab cases, click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of your lab case manager.

Select Show Archived.

This will bring the archived cases back into view. You also have the option to unarchive them. To do so, use the unarchive icon to the right of the lab case.

Confirm your action.

The lab case will no longer be archived. Well done! You've successfully viewed the history and modified your lab cases.
