Lab Cases: Managing Lab Cases From The Huddle

In this article, you'll learn how to effectively manage your lab cases using the Huddle.

Navigate to the Huddle icon located at the upper left of your schedule.

Look for any appointment with a lab case icon under the tasks column. This icon indicates an associated lab case.

Note the color of the icon. It represents the status of the lab case.

To edit any existing lab cases, click on the 3-dot menu to the right.

Click Edit Lab Case.

Make necessary changes and don't forget to save.

In the Huddle, you also have the option to select the lab cases icon and update their status whenever needed.

If you're returning a lab case, ensure to select the reason for return.

If an appointment has multiple lab cases, the least advanced lab case determines the color of the lab case status. A number will indicate the total lab cases associated with the appointment.

Click on the icon to view all associated lab cases. Here, you're able to select and update individual statuses.

When dealing with multiple lab cases on a single appointment, click the three dots and select the specific lab case you wish to edit.
