Click on the Office Chat icon.
To manage your notification settings, click the 'Gear Wheel'
Here you can set your notification preferences for your intra-office chat.
To Manage Notifications of a Specific Chat, click on '3 dots'
You can choose to either 'Mute' (not receive notifications) or 'Leave' the chat.
Once you click 'mute', you will no longer receive notifications for that chat until it is unmuted.
The Chat Group will appear with this icon until it is 'unmuted'.
To 'Unmute', Click on the '3 dots'
Select 'Unmute'
You can also choose to 'Leave' a Group.
Note: If you leave a public group chat, you can rejoin anytime.
If you leave a private group chat, you will have to be re-invited by an active member of that chat.
Private Groups are indicated by the 'Lock' Icon
You can create a 'New' Group Chat, or Join another Public Existing Group by clicking the '+' Groups
Upon clicking 'Join Existing Group'; you will see a list of available Group Chats you can join.
To create a new 'Direct Message', Click on '+' Direct Message
You will then see a list of all staff members you can send a direct message to.
If you leave a Direct Chat, once the other person messages you again or you send a new message to them, you will see up to the last 6 months worth of messages.
