In this article you will learn how to create a direct message to another team member within the office.
Click the Office Chat icon.
Click Direct Message
Select the team member you want to send a message to.
Type your message and press send.

Your message will appear at the top.
You can also sent attachments by clicking on the paperclip and selecting a file.
Once you are done, you can click the back arrow to start a new message with another team member or click anywhere outside of the chat area to close it.
