Archy will track all inbound phone calls and outbound phone calls using the "Click to Call" function, in the patient profile.
Go to the Patient Overview.
Click on Communication.
Any inbound phone calls from a patient are recorded in the patient’s communications log.

If more than one patient has the same phone number, the call will show up in the communications log for the contact person (if one exists) or the oldest patient.
If placing a phone call by using the “Click to call” Archy functionality, the outbound phone call will also be recorded in the patient’s communications log.
