Mango Voice: Outbound Phone Calls

This article will guide you through the process of ordering an outbound call in Archy for a patient with a phone number on file. By the end, you'll have successfully placed your first outbound call using Mango Voice in Archy.

Ensure that your computer is assigned an extension and has Mango Voice with a phone connected. Only these computers can initiate an outbound call.

Start by searching for your patient in Archy.

Once you've found your patient, click the phone icon in the patient snapshot or patient overview.

After clicking the call icon, you'll notice an outbound call alert in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

This alert will disappear once you pick up your phone to initiate the actual outbound call.

The pop-up in Archy also displays incoming calls, ongoing calls, and outbound calls that are using the extension assigned to your computer.

If a patient has a contact person assigned with a phone number, the call will be placed to that contact person.
