Mango Voice: Assigning a Phone Extension to a Computer

In this article, you'll learn how to assign phone extensions to each computer with a Mango phone attached using Archy. This setup allows every user logging into a particular computer to be assigned the same extension.

Navigate to your settings.

Under the "Practice Setup" section, proceed to "Phones".

Once Mango and Archy are connected, you'll notice a confirmation at the top of the screen.

This is where you will assign the extension and allow inbound pop-ups.

Click the "Edit" icon located in the upper right-hand corner.

Select the extension displayed on your phone.

This can be found in the upper left corner of your phone screen.

Decide whether to allow inbound pop-ups on this computer.

Click "Save".

Now, any user logging into this computer will be assigned extension 108, and inbound pop-ups are enabled.

Repeat these steps for each computer that has a Mango Voice phone attached.
