IHC: Resetting DoseSpot Pin

If a practice messages in that they are unable to remember their dosespot pin please follow these steps. Note this is NOT the same as their 2FA or IDP for logging into and being verified by Dosespot that uses the Duo app. This is the pin inside Dosespot.

1. log into dosespot
2. identify the provider
3. Go to credentials tab
4. Reset the pin for the provider

Please note, if you reset the pin it is not sent or emailed to the provider. They will be prompted to set up a new pin when they write their next eRX
