Deactivating E-Prescription for a Provider

This tutorial will guide you through the process of deactivating a provider or a proxy as an ePrescriber through DoseSpot. 

Note: Only deactivate users who no longer need to prescribe medication, since reactivation requires help from the Archy Customer Success Team.

Navigate to the Employees section

Select the E-Prescribing tab.

Find the provider or proxy you want to deactivate. Click the three-dot menu next to their name.

Choose Delete from the menu.

A warning message will appear, informing you that you're about to deactivate the provider. This action should only be taken if you're certain the provider won't need to prescribe medications in the future. Reactivating a prescriber requires contacting the Archy Support Team at support@archy.com and may take up to 7 days to reactivate.

Click Confirm if you're sure about your decision.

The provider or proxy is now deactivated and will immediately lose ePrescribing access in Archy.

Deactivation is immediate and cannot be undone without contacting Archy support. Double-check before confirming your action to prevent workflow interruptions.
