After you log in, you will see your Payments Dashboard home page.
This page provides various KPIs regarding your credit card transactions, deposits, trends, and more.
On the left side navigation, you can choose from Transactions, Payouts, and Exports.
The first option, Transactions, offers a range of options for different transaction types, including Transactions Insights, Payments, Authorizations, Refunds, Disputes, and ACH Returns.
The Transactions Insights provides various KPIs on Payments, Authorizations, Refunds, Disputes, and ACH Returns.
The Payments tab is where you can go to find any transactions, including the payment details. You can filter this list by All, Succeeded, Failed, Pending, Canceled, & Returned. These filters are available on each of the transaction tabs.
You can also filter by a specific date or date range. You can choose the date or date range in each tab.
If you have failed transactions, you can see the details of why the transaction failed with the card issuer.
Next is the Authorizations tab. This indicates whether the card succeeded or failed the authorization. This determines if the card is valid.
Next is the Refunds tab. This will display a list of all card transactions that were refunded, along with whether the refund was successful or failed.
Next is the Disputes Tab. This will show you all disputes. A dispute is when a patient disputes a transaction with their card issuer. Archy will follow up with you if any disputes arise for your practice.
You have some different filters for the Disputes tab. These include All, Need Response, Responded, Pending, Inquiry, Won, Lost, and a created date filter.
Next is the ACH Returns; however, Archy doesn't utilize ACH payments. You can disregard this option.
The next option is Payouts. The first option under Payouts is Settlements.
Settlements batch all the transactions, refunds, and adjustment transfers that have been processed.
In the settlements screen, you can see each different settlement. Each settlement will provide the following:
- Transactions (Number of transactions included in the settlement)
- Fees (Number of fees included in the settlement)
- Transaction Amount (Gross total of all transactions in the settlement)
- Fees Amount (Total of all fees for all transactions in the settlement)
- Net Amount (Gross Total - Fees Amount): This is the amount to be deposited into your account.
- State (Status of the settlement)
Next in the Payouts tab is the Deposits section. This will provide you with all deposits that were made to your bank account from the settlements.
The final option is Exports. Here you'll find all Exports you've created and are available for download.
