As a business owner who accepts credit and debit card payments, it is important to protect your customers' sensitive information from potential fraud and data breaches. One way to ensure compliance with the necessary security standards is to complete a PCI compliance assessment.
Fortunately, Finix and Archy can make the process more manageable. Upon approval of your onboarding, Finix can pre-fill the form on your behalf, simplifying the process. The compliance form includes several questions related to the necessary components, and both Finix and Archy are committed to supporting you in meeting these requirements.
- Question 2E is intended to determine whether the merchant outsources their e-commerce operations and payment data collection to a certified PCI level 1 provider, which in this case is Finix.
- Question 2F requests the names of the service providers (Archy & Finix) that the merchant is using for their e-commerce and data collection operations.
Businesses that accept credit and debit card payments must maintain PCI compliance. Completing the assessment on time is critical to protect sensitive information and avoid penalties. To help you complete the process, we have a tutorial below.
