IHC: How to determine if a practice is using Finix or Adyen for Payment Processing

This article will guide you through determining whether a practice is using Finix or Adyen for payment processing.

First, log in to the Admin tool.

Then search for the Practice ID or Name in the upper-right search bar. 

Once you locate the practice, click on it to open it up. 

Once opened, if the practice is using Finix for payment processing, you will see that as the only option. 

To determine if surcharging is enabled, click on the Finix Payments option to open it up. 

If your practice has Adyen, you will see the Adyen Payments option. 

Click on Adyen Payments to view more about their fees and terminal information.

Another way to check if the practice is using Finix or Adyen is to log into their practice.

Click on the Payments icon on the left-hand toolbar. 

• If the practice is using Finix, the only option you will see is the Payments Overview. 
• If the practice is using Adyen, you will see the Payments Overview, as well as Card Transactions and Bank Payouts.
