Provider Goals Dashboard

The Provider Goals Dashboard provides daily and monthly views of progress to each provider’s goal for net production. This dashboard updates regularly. Updates may take as little as a few minutes and up to 20 minutes.

Net Production

The goal for each provider is calculated based on the number of hours the provider works each day in the selected time period. This is set by the schedule guides assigned to the provider.

Setting Up Your Perfect Day Schedule Guides

Example: 

• Dr. Jones has 'Schedule Guides' set for Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, for a total of 6 hours per day, Monday through Thursday.
• She works Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for a total of 3 hours each Friday. 
• Her hourly goal is set to $500 per hour. 
• If viewing her goal for a Monday, it is 6 hours x $500/hr = $3,000 daily goal for Monday.
• If viewing her goal for a month with 4 full weeks in it, her goal is 27 hours/week x 4 weeks x $500/hr = $54,000 monthly goal.

Employee Access

Only employees with the Goals Reporting permission enabled for their Role can see this dashboard.

Provider Goals Dashboard Filters

You can choose to view this report By Day or By Month.

Select your Day, month, and year you wish to view.

Total Net Production

Total Scheduled Production

Daily Goal: This is the sum of all providers’ goals for the selected time period. 

Doctors

Each doctor’s goal for the selected time period is shown.

If a doctor has not had a goal set for them, their goal will be $0. 

The chart will show the Actual (Completed + Scheduled Net Production) vs the Goal, if one has been set. It will also list the breakdown between Completed and Scheduled Net Production, the Goal, and the Difference between the Goal and the Actual, as well as whether the provider is ahead or behind on reaching their goal. 

Goals will not be present for any doctors who do not have schedule guides created for them, meaning they have no working hours that have been set. (see image below)

Hygienist

Each hygienist’s goal for the selected time period is shown. 

If a hygienist has not had a goal set for them, their goal will be $0. 

The chart will show the Actual (Completed + Scheduled Net Production) vs the Goal, if one has been set. It will also list the breakdown between Completed and Scheduled Net Production, the Goal, and the Difference between the Goal and the Actual, as well as whether the provider is ahead or behind on reaching their goal.
