The Historical Goals Dashboard provides an overview of each goal set by the practice over the last 12 months.
For each chart, hovering on a bar will display the actual data for each month, while hovering on the blue goal line will display the goal for each month.
Employee Access
Only employees with the Goals Reporting permission enabled for their Role can see this dashboard.

Net Production
This chart shows the total net production by month for the last 12 months. The line on the chart shows the net production goal for each month, which is calculated based on the number of hours that each provider works and their hourly production goal. The bars are the actual net production for the month, and they are blue if the goal was met; otherwise, they are pink.

Collections Percentage
This chart shows the collection percentage by month for the last 12 months. The line on the chart shows the collection percentage goal for each month. The bars are the actual collection percentage for the month, and they are blue if the goal was met; otherwise, they are pink.
Reappointment Rate
This chart shows the reappointment rate by month for the last 12 months. The line on the chart shows the reappointment rate goal for each month. The bars are the actual reappointment rate for the month, and they are blue if the goal was met; otherwise, they are pink.
Total New Patients
This chart shows the total new patients by month for the last 12 months. The line on the chart shows the total new patient goal for each month. The bars are the actual total new patients for the month, and they are blue if the goal was met; otherwise, they are pink.
Cancellation Rate
This chart shows the cancellation rate by month for the last 12 months. The line on the chart shows the cancellation rate goal for each month. The bars are the actual cancellation rate for the month, and they are blue if the goal was met; otherwise, they are pink.
No Show Rate
This chart shows the no-show rate by month for the last 12 months. The line on the chart shows the no-show rate goal for each month. The bars are the actual no-show rate for the month, and they are blue if the goal was met; otherwise, they are pink.
