The Practice Goals Dashboard provides a monthly view of all the goals set at the practice level: no-show rate, cancellation rate, reappointment rate, new patients, and collections rate. This dashboard updates regularly. Updates may take a little as a few minutes and up to 20 minutes.
Employee Access
Only employees with the Goals Reporting permission enabled for their Role can see this dashboard.

This chart shows the no-show rate for each day of the month selected. The green line is the goal you have set in your Practice Goals Settings section. If your no-show rate (blue line) is less than the goal (green) line, you are meeting your goal.
Cancellation Rate
