Unscheduled Overdue Recall Patients
Note: unscheduled overdue recall patients plus the patients scheduled for recall will not necessarily equal your active recall patient number. This is because some active recall patients may not have a recall appointment scheduled, but also aren’t overdue for their recall appointment yet.
Unscheduled Overdue Recall Patients by Age Bucket: This chart shows the breakdown of unscheduled overdue recall patients by how many days they are overdue.
Patient Details
This dashboard shows two different reports – the top one shows patients who are overdue and unscheduled. The second report shows patients who are unscheduled but not yet overdue for recall.
Active Overdue Patients Who Do Not Have a Recall Appointment Scheduled
This report shows patients who are overdue for a perio or prophy recall and do not have a prophy or perio recall appointment scheduled. You can use the “Recall Type” filter in the report if you are looking for other recall types of overdue patients, such as exams or x-rays.
This report defaults to perio and prophy recall types only.
This report lists the last recall date and the last appointment date, which may be different if the last appointment did not include a prophy or perio procedure.
A patient may be listed with a next appointment and still be overdue and unscheduled for recall if the next appointment does not include a prophy or perio procedure.
Note: Sending recall messages (via text or email) from this report will send to all patients showing in the report. Use the filters within the columns of the report to narrow down the patient list before sending a recall message. Trying to highlight or select patients within the report does not apply a filter.
Active Patients Who Are NOT Overdue And Do Not Have a Recall Appointment Scheduled
This report shows patients who do not have a prophy or perio recall appointment scheduled but are not yet overdue for a perio or prophy recall. You can use the “Recall Type” filter in the report if you are looking for other recall types of overdue patients, such as exams or x-rays.
The “Days Overdue” will be negative in this report, since these patients are not yet overdue. This metric indicates how many days it will be until the patient becomes overdue for their prophy or perio recall.
