The Treatment Dashboard provides information on all patient treatment for the practice. This dashboard updates regularly. Updates may take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 20 minutes.
Employee Access
Only employees with Operational Reporting permission enabled for their Role can see this dashboard.
Treatment Dashboard Filters
This dashboard defaults to Days since procedures planned <30 days, but you can change this using the Days since procedure planned filter. The options are to include or exclude <30 days, 31-90 days, 91-180 days, 181-365 days, 365+ days.
There are also other dashboard filters you can apply:
- To filter by a specific provider or set of providers, you use the Providers filter.
- To filter by whether it is a hygiene procedure, use the Is Hygiene Procedure filter. This filter is defaulted to False.
- To filter by a procedure category, use the Procedure Category filter.
- To filter by a specific CDT code or set of CDT codes, use the CDT Code filter.
- To filter by the patient's next appointment date, use the Next Appointment filter.
- To filter by the patient status, use the Patient Status filter. This filter is defaulted to Active
- To filter by the procedure status, use the Procedure Status filter. This filter defaults to show completed, planned, and scheduled procedures.
All Treatment
The All Treatment tab shows all treatment added in the selected time period, regardless of treatment (e.g., procedure) status.

Average Days Planned to Completed: Within the selected time period, this is the average number of days it takes for procedures to go from the Planned Status to the Completed Status.
Treatment Tracking: This report shows a breakdown of procedures by patient that were added to charts in the selected time period, along with details about the procedure status, related dates, procedure information, and negotiated fees.
Days Planned to Completed - This is how many days it took from the date the procedure was planned to the completed status.
Unscheduled Treatment
The Unscheduled Treatment tab provides details about all treatment added in the selected time period that is still in the Planned status.

Total Patients: Number of patients that had treatment added in the selected time period that is still in the Planned status.
Total Unscheduled Procedures: Number of procedures added in the selected time period that are still in the Planned status.
Patient Count by Days since Unscheduled Treatment Planned: This chart shows the number of patients who have treatment added in each time bucket of “Days since procedure planned” that is still in the Planned status.
Note: The above chart is not impacted by the “Days since procedure planned” filter at the top of the dashboard, since it includes all time buckets of “Days since procedure planned”.
Unscheduled Treatment by Patient: This report shows a breakdown of each patient’s procedure that was added in the selected time period and is still in the Planned status.
Provider: The provider in this report is the provider who was assigned to the procedure when the procedure was added to the patient’s chart.
