The Treated Patients Dashboard provides details on all of the patients who have had a completed appointment within the selected time period. This dashboard updates regularly. Updates may take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 20 minutes.
Employee Access
Only employees with the Operational Reporting permission enabled for their Role can see this dashboard.
Treated Patients Dashboard Filters
This dashboard defaults to the last month for the appointment date. You can change the date by using the Appointment Date filter. This filter applies to all tabs in this dashboard.
There are also other dashboard filters you can apply:
- To filter by New or Existing patients, use the Patient is New or Existing filter. This filter applies to all the tabs in this dashboard.
- To filter by the patient status, use the Patient Status filter. This filter is defaulted to Active. This filter applies to all the tabs in this dashboard.
- To filter by insurance carrier, use the Primary Insurance Carrier filter. This filter only applies to the Summary and Patient Details tabs on this dashboard.
Summary
This tab on the Treated Patients dashboard provides a high-level breakdown of all New and Existing patients treated during the selected time period.

Appointment Breakdown by New vs Existing Patient: This chart provides the breakdown of new patients and existing patients with completed appointments within the selected time period.
Change over time: This chart shows the number of treated patients week by week. It shows the percentage change between the most recent week and the week prior to that.
Appointments Over Time By New or Existing Patient: This chart shows the number of new vs existing completed appointments week by week for the selected time period. The scale can be changed to show by day, week, month, etc., by clicking on the x-axis 'Weekly AppointmentDate' title.
Treated patients by zip code: This graphic shows the distribution of the treated patient population by zip code for the selected time period.
Treated patients by primary insurance carrier: This chart shows the distribution of the treated patient population by primary insurance carrier for the selected time period.
Treated patients by gender: This chart shows the distribution of the treated patients by their selected gender for the selected time period.
Treated patients by age: This chart shows the distribution of the treatment patients by their age range for the selected time period.
All Active Patients: Time Since Last Appointment: This chart shows all active patients in the system, broken down by the days since their last appointment.
- Note: The selected time period on the dashboard does not apply to this chart since it includes all active patients.
Patient Details
This tab breaks down each of the treated patients within the selected time period with more details. All dashboard filters will apply to this report.

No. of Appts - this is the number of completed appointments in the selected time period that the patient had.
Referral Details
This tab provides the inbound referral sources for new patients. Only the Appointment Date filter applies to this tab.
