The Wallet Balances dashboard provides a detailed overview of all patients who have wallet balances on their accounts. This dashboard updates regularly. Updates may take as little as a few minutes and up to 20 minutes.
This report is helpful for identifying patients who have both an outstanding balance and available funds in their wallet. It highlights opportunities to apply wallet funds toward partially or fully covering the patient's outstanding charges.

Only employees with Financial Reporting permission enabled for their Role can see this dashboard.

Patient Full Name: This allows you to search for a specific patient or a list of patients.

- The total number of patients who have a balance in their wallet.
Total Wallet Balance:
- The sum of all of the patient wallets.
