How do I export or download a report?
- To export a dashboard, open the dashboard and click the 3-dot menu in the upper-right corner. Here you can choose Download PDF and then choose what tabs you wish to download.
- We recommend when printing/downloading the full dashboard to select the Format: Visualization and for Content: Truncate Tables. You can also choose from each individual table or chart you want to include from the dashboard.
- To export a specific chart/graph/data report, click the 3-dot menu to the right of it, and select Download. You have the option to download as a PDF or CSV.
Where can I see my patients with outstanding balances?
- Open the Aging Dashboard, then click on the Patient Details tab at the top. This will display a list of all patients who have an outstanding balance on their account. You can also filter the report and send a Request Payment link to your patients.
Where can I find my outstanding claims?
- Open the Aging Dashboard, then click on the Insurance Details at the top. This will display all information about outstanding claims. This includes how many claims are outstanding, a graph showing outstanding claims by claims age, outstanding claims by insurance carrier, and a report with all claim details at the bottom.
How can I track my new patients?
- Under Operational, select the Treated Patients dashboard. In the summary tab, you will see a pie chart showing your new vs. existing patients treated for the time frame you selected.
- In the Patient Details tab, you can filter the Treated Patient Details to show only those patients who are new.
How can I track my cancellations and no-shows?
- Under Operational, select the Appointments dashboard. The Appointments Dashboard will show you the cancellation rate and no-show rate for your practice for the time frame you selected. You can also filter the graph to only show the data you are looking for.
- In the Appointment Detail tab, you can filter the patient list by appointment status to see only those who have canceled or not shown.
How can I remove a column from a report?
- When on a report with multiple columns, hover over the column title. You will see a 3-dot menu appear that you can click on. To remove the column from the report, click Remove.
How can I add a column to a report?
- To add a column to a report, click on the Explore option on the upper right of the report. Then on the right side, you will select Add. In the search box, type or search for the column you wish to add to the report.
Where can I see the production that I have scheduled?
- Under Financial, select the Production Dashboard. Select your time frame at the top. On the production dashboard, you will see a lot of KPIs for your practice, including Total Gross Production, Total Net Production, Gross & Net Scheduled, and averages.
How do I balance my collections at the end of the day?
- Under Financial, select the Collections Dashboard. Then select the By Payment Method tab at the top. You will see 3 different reports: Total Collections by Payment Method (graph), Total Collections by Payment Method and Payer Type, and Total Collections by Payment Method: Patient Details.
I just entered a payment into Archy, but why don't I see it on the report?
- With the new updated features and the amount of data being transferred, reports can take up to 30 minutes to reflect recent payments or updates to information.
Where can I see my production per provider?
- Under Financial, select the Production Dashboard. Then select the By Provider tab at the top. Select the time frame and the provider using the filters at the top of the dashboard.
