Reporting: How to Drill Down To Find Additional Data

On a table or a chart in a reporting dashboard, you can drill down into additional details on the data. For example, if you are looking at the number of submitted claims that are more that 30 days old, you can drill down by insurance carrier to see exactly which carriers the claims are for. 

1. On a chart or a table, right click on the bar or the cell that you wish to drill down on. Click "Drill down"

2. Search for the data that you want to see related to the initial bar/cell in the table that you clicked.

3. Select the data item. Your chart or table will now refresh with the new details with the original bar/cell of the table.
