If you changed your DentalXChange password or have a claim with the validation error 'Check your DentalXChange Login via Archy', you may need to reestablish your connection. In this article, you will learn how to update your Archy/DentalXChange link if you have changed your password on the DentalXChange website or lost your DentalXChange connection.
First, navigate to your Settings.
Next, navigate to Claims.
Then click on DentalXChange.
Once you are in the DentalXChange setup page, you will see one of two options:
The FIRST option is for older practices using Archy. Here you will see a DentalXChange Username and DentalXChange Password field.
Click the edit icon in the upper-right corner.
Here you will update your Password, then click Save. This will now update Archy with your new DentalXChange password.
The SECOND option is for new practices using Archy. You will not see a DentalXChange Username or DentalXChange Password field.
Click the DentalXChange Login link on the screen. This will then make Archy check the connection.
Note: You should receive an error letting you know Archy cannot connect to DentalXChange.
Once you receive the error, the page will refresh, and you will see a new link: Re-Authorize DentalXChange.
Click this link to re-establish your DentalXChange connection.
