Archy equips you with built-in tools that simplify your claims management process. Regardless of whether you're a start up or a multi-provider office with 15 chairs, these workflow tools offer an easy way to track your ongoing claims, identify those you're still working on, and keep tabs on the ones you're still awaiting payer correspondence.
Open Status
When processing an EOB, you may want to leave a claim in the Open Status, indicating you still have additional processing. This is useful for instances where the insurance company splits a claim into multiple payments, ortho claims receiving periodic payments, or where you have filed an appeal. The Open Status can be seen from the ledger and also has it's own section in the claim list view.
Comments
Keep team communication in context. The comments feature lets you add notes or updates directly onto a claim, ensuring conversations and claim documentation stay linked and accessible for everyone. Claim Comments are visible only on the Claim List View or Claims Detail page.
Tags
Apply color-coded tags to group or prioritize claims as you see fit. Tags can mark claims for resubmission, payment follow-up, or any category that helps you stay organized.
We provide six preloaded tags to get you started, but it’s easy to create, edit, or delete tags in your settings. Head to the settings menu, customize your tag list, and set visibility for different areas like claims, notes, appointments.
Needs Attention
Mark claims that require follow-up as "Needs Attention" to instantly highlight and prioritize them. This dedicated view ensures that nothing critical slips through the cracks.
