When you submit a claim for the first time in Archy, you will need to log into DentalXChange and do a provider match. To complete this, follow the steps below.
Log in to your DentalXChange Dashboard.
In Archy, go to Settings, Claims, and then click DentalXChange Login.
Click on Claim Search.
Click on Claims With Validation Errors.
Click on Provider Match Required next to the first claim.
You will see this notice: Provider Match Required.
Scroll down to the Rendering Provider section.
Click Match Provider.
Click the drop-down and select the matching Rendering Provider from the list.
Click on Continue.
Scroll to the bottom of the claim and click Submit Claim.
Once you do this for the provider, it will clear the error for all the remaining claims. If you have multiple providers, you will need to complete this one time per provider.
